Snickers came on board in October 2003 to be the office errand boy and provide comic relief.  He prefers to wait until his office mates get on the conference call before he pulls out the squeaky toys.  If you hear someone barking or toys squeaking in the background when you call, it is Snickers trying to say "hello."
